Employment::

System Engineer
The core of every integration effort is the ability to pull together through inspection and introspection the proper design to achieve the end objectives in the most efficient manner for our customers. The use of combination of modern COTS software architectures and custom middleware components allows for the development of these systems in innovative ways. The system engineer is key to making sure that these elements come together properly. This pulling together comes both in the form of directly designing and implementing software solutions for customers but also in the form of assisting the customer in directly in the use of the individual COTS components or in the dissemination of their ideas to their end customers.

ADS is looking for capable engineers who can perform the above tasks. Qualifications for this job include a Bachelor of Science or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field. Because the job entails frequent communication with software vendors and customers, strong communication skills are required. Job experience in the areas of mission analysis and design, operations center environments and real time analysis systems is a plus. Prior knowledge of one or more of our core vendors' products and familiarity with programming is also a plus. U.S. Citizenship is preferred but not required. Potential application should expect to be traveling to customer sites periodically as well.

Network Modeling and Simulation
Network modeling and simulation are a critical component to determining the proper functioning of modern day information intense systems. ADS engineers work in these areas to help customers ensure that they are accurately modeling the networking architectures of the future. ADS is looking for capable engineers with a Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a comparable degree. In-depth familiarity with development, implementation and analysis of network, MAC and routing protocols as well as the TCP/IP stack is a plus. Prior experience with our vendor products in this area is a plus as well. Because the job entails frequent communication with software vendors and customers, strong communication skills are required. Potential application should expect to be traveling to customer sites periodically as well. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Software Developer
ADS is looking for qualified software engineers and programmers who enjoy working in a team environment to implement COTS based software solutions. Potential applicants should expect to be working both with industry standard ActiveX, COM and .NET based COTS architectures and with fully custom in-house solutions. Frequent roles include the implementation of base designs, augmenting the fault-tolerance of existing software solutions and the development and implementation of user documentation for the particular middleware solution. Qualifications for this job include a Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a degree in a comparable field. Language experience should include advanced experience of one or more of the following: C/C++, C#, VB.NET, Java, Perl, Matlab, and SQL.
